[Debian] [fw] Debian Maintainers Open Beta

Disculpando el top-posting voy a poner algunas aclaraciones. 
El proyecto mencionado por Joey está orientado a permitir la
incorporación de un nuevo tipo de colaboradores en el proyecto. Que
son personas que mantienen paquetes o están trabajando con estos. 

La idea es que tengan acceso directo para subir sus paquetes sin
necesidad de requerir un sponsor que lo haga por ellos, como ocurria
hasta hoy. De esta manera se dinamiza el proceso de contribución al
proyecto. 

Mi ofrecimiento va dirigido a los interesados en participar en esta
primera fase, en la que puedo actuar de patrocinador. Igualmente
cualquiera interesado/a puede escribirme si quiere que le patrocine
sus paquetes, como ya venimos haciendo con Diego y Gabriel.

Por otro lado, sería bueno saber si hay interés sobre charlas o
talleres específicamente orientados a desarrollo para Debian.
